You can dictate on any type of digital voice recorder of your choice. Once the dictation is recorded, you transfer the files to your computer using the software that comes with the recorder. Then simply log into our FTP, upload and we are then able to grab the files automatically from your computer, then they are ready for transcription. We will give your dictating physicians their own ID and password for dictation. Our system allows you to dictate from any type of phone, be it LAN line, cordless or cellular phone.
